Meet Amy

People are often surprised to discover that I'm actually a people person. Accountants traditionally have a bad rap when it comes to social slalls as though we've all traded away our personality in exchange for accounting expertise.

Well either the stereotype is completely wrong, or I'm just different!

What I love about my job is that it fulfills both sides of my personality. My "organized" side gets to experience the joy of making sure everything fits in their proper place. Turning a messy folder of random receipts and haphazardly filed paperwork into a clear and concise financial statement is heaven to me. Just as it will be to you!

As well, the 'people person" side in me gets to experience the joy of watching the look of relief spread across my clients' faces when they finally realize that they're no longer alone in this. It's like having an escort through a winding, weaving maze of confusion, and I love being that guide.

Originally from central Illinois, I am now a happy Southern Girl. The pace of life, the friendliness of the South, all of this makes me wonder why I didn't get here sooner!

Of course, while dedicated to my craft. I'm not all about business. When not working with clients, Im running after my little girl Helping her learn, grow, and flourish is truly the greatest thing I have ever done. Our family also enjoys reading, playing outside, and working in our garden when not immersed in paperwork and numbers.
